About PA Cystic Fibrosis

What is Pennsylvania Cystic Fibrosis. Inc. (PACFI)?

PACFI is an independent, nonprofit, all volunteer 501 (c)(3) organization dedicated to meeting the needs
of Pennsylvania citizens affected by CF and to raising funds for CF research.

PACFI was founded in 1985 and is not affiliated with any other CF organization. There are no membership
dues and people do not have to be members to receive assistance.

Because we are not affiliated with any national organization and have no paid staff, 100% of our monies
are used to either benefit Pennsylvania families affected by CF or to help fund some of the best, most promising
CF research projects in the country.

Some of our annual fundraisers include a golf tournament, a chili cook off, home-made apple dumpling
sales, and participation in events sponsored by others which benefit PACFI.
