Chili Cookoff & Auction 2010 To Benefit PACFI

You can submit a sealed bid for any of these items by sending
your name/address/phone, the item you want, the amount you bid to
Mike & Dot’s II, Chili Cookoff bid, 201 E. Chestnut Street, Mifflinburg, 17844,

1. A Penn State Weekend: Two press-box tickets to the PSU/Northwestern
game on November 6th; includes two nights at the Hampton Inn in
State College (close to Beaver Stadium) and a $50 gift certificate to Damon’s.

2. Ocean City Vacation: A week (June 11-18) at a three bedroom
condo in Ocean City, MD; condo is 1350 square feet, 2 1/2 bathrooms,
living room, full kitchen (full size stove, refrigerator, dishwasher,
microwave, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, cookware), washer/dryer,
wall to wall carpeting, four TVs, with HBO and DVD player.
Can accommodate 8-10 persons. Located on Coastal Highway between
135th and 136th streets about one block from the Atlantic Ocean.

3. Three Chainsaw Carvings: (a Pittsburgh Steeler logo, a PSU Nittany Lion,
and a Cure CF ribbon) will be completed on the site by
Brian “Ackmonster” Ackley, one of the nation’s foremost chainsaw artists.
Ackley lives in southern New Jersey and is coming to the area just
for this event. His niece died due to CF two years ago.

4. Tree Stand: A tree stand for the hunter (retail about $800).

5. Summer Party Pak: This features a sound system by Custom Sound for
3 hours along with a $200 gift certificate from S & M Catering;
Utz and Middleswarth potato chips; veggie tray from Green Ridge Markets;
a $50 gift certificate from E. H. Kleckner's; and various other items.

6. 65 Roses Oil Painting: A fantastic 65 roses oil painting by artist Jody Fallon
– it’s 27” by 48” (Years ago, a little boy who heard his mother talking
about his cystic fibrosis couldn’t say the words so he
asked his Mom: “Were you talking about my 65 roses?”).



7. Artwork: Artwork by Cheryl Fallon and Florida artist Edwina Tabit.

8. A Turkey Hunt: Guided turkey hunt by champion turkey caller Todd Dauberman.
You'll go to your favorite area or Todd's favorite area -- Todd calls, you shoot!

9. Pepsi Cooler: A Nostalgia Portable Cooler from Pepsi.

10. A Round Of Golf: Free round of golf for four people plus carts at the
Shade Mountain Golf Course.

11. T-6 Texan Military Trainer Ride: Get a one hour plane ride in the T-6
sponsored by the Penn Valley airport in Selinsgrove!

12. Portable Bar Raffle: This is a raffle item, NOT a bid item. Portable bar with a tile
top built by Rodney Shetterly and Adam Umbel. Comes with several Budweiser accessories.
Raffle tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5, and can be purchased at Mike & Dot's II.
The winning ticket will be drawn at the Chili Cookoff.

13. Pool Table Quilt: This Mike & Dot's II/Budweiser/Burke's Tour "pool table" quilt
is queen size and made by Darla Schell especially for this year's event.

14. Mini Touch Screen Phone: Immix is donating 1 year free of local unlimited
cell phone service and a free Alcatel OT-709 Mini Touch screen phone.

15. A Helicopter Ride: A one-hour helicopter ride sponsored
by the Penn Valley airport in Selinsgrove.

16. Signed Steelers' Helmet: A signed mini-helmet from the Pittsburgh Steelers' #83, Heath Miller.
17. Signed Steelers' Jersey: A signed jersey from the Pittsburgh Steelers' #99, Brett Keisel.
